What is your exchange policy?

Items may be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase. We can either exchange or refund.

Please note that all garments need to be in original “new” condition – products must still have tags attached, be unworn (other than trying on for size), unwashed and include any and all components.

This will be verified by our distribution centre before an exchange or refund is granted. If an item is deemed to be in “unsatisfactory” condition we will not issue any exchange or refund, we can return the original product(s) to you if the delivery fee is paid. Alternatively there is a $50 fee for items returned in new condition with their tags missing and an additional $50 for fee for items returned in new condition but need to have animal hair or small marks removed.

When packaging your item to be returned please enclose a note to prevent delays. Include your full name, delivery address, items purchased and date of purchase. We will send you the exchanged item free, no postage fee.
